The platform reports a massive talent migration underway as employees act on their changed priorities for work.

LinkedIn has shared data on the enormous changes which are taking place in the world of work since the pandemic. The platform reports a 37% increase in their members changing jobs year on year.

Employees are re-evaluating priorities and exploring new opportunties. New priorities include remote working and flexibility. Company culture, along with compensation and absence of work-life balance are the top reasons for leaving a job.
